One's image in the eyes of other people is important. If one is to represent a company and indeed one's self, an image of orderliness is vital, to win confidence.

A neat and tidy person will make a better impression, as will fresh breath and freedom from stale body odour.

Too much make-up, may give an image of that person being less than sincere, although some people may disagree, because the matter would be at a subconscious level rather than a conscious one.

Having a work space where one can find objects and papers quickly, will save time in emergencies and also create the right image for one.

Essentially, orderliness is vital.
