The blend between Education and Training needs to vary for differing individuals and social groups, depending on their capacity to incorporate material knowledge, but wisdom must be the overall result.
Within a company, Training needs to be considered, firstly as an overall on going process and then broken down into basic units or modules. Apart from particular areas of Training concerned with individual work requirements, certain knowledge and skills can be usefully gained by all members of a company.
