Self Analysis

What did we do wrong?

Nothing may be the answer, but read on.

When do we feel confident?

After confusion, when things look extremely negative or when no point can be seen in activity and followed by a period of readjustment, any positive influence feels helpful.

  1. Meditation and exercise
  2. Talk to people and socialize.
  3. Read, comprehension for preference.
  4. Write a log of events and produce a plan of action.
  5. Generally order one's existence, especially daily life.

Problem solving will give one a sense of well being or worth, but only a well ordered existence and a thorough self knowledge will lead to lasting mental health.

To be truly at peace with life one needs to be well adjusted to the members of one's family and also to people who are from one's social sphere.
