Conscience

Children have a tendency to be innocent. Each individual has a conscience, which Christians claim to be the voice of God. The voice is a still quiet voice and more importantly benign. If we listen to the wisdom with regard the conscience it will act as guide through life, keeping us on the straight and narrow path. However, if we choose to disregard that wisdom, we are free to pursue our own course of action. We do not, however hear our conscience if we pursue own desires without regard to the social context.
