Positions of Responsibility
Socially and within the work context, all people within a company are of value, have a point of view and a contribution to make.
Responsibility therefore belongs to everyone in the company.
The higher the position, the greater the responsibility and the increase in need for accountability.
In the event of problems occurring, any individual should ask themselves what part they have contributed, both positively and negatively. A consideration should also be given to what could have been done personally, by any Team Personnel, to avert the situation happening.
All people in a company should be aware who their line Manager is.
