Integrity

Essential in a well ordered society or company, is the ability of people to rely on others and be dependable themselves.

It is also important that people do not expect more from other people than should be fairly expected. Work should be evenly distributed, with consideration given to individual talent and potential, but fairness and integrity are vital, both in terms of output and recompense.

Integrity also covers a person's ability to criticise correctly, which should be both positive and negative, as opposed to just negative.
