Communication and Feedback
The individual member will wish to communicate ideas to the rest of the group. Papers are twofold, informative and a record for future reference. Meetings held on a regular basis ensure that general views are still in vogue. Agenda for meetings allow for a proper order, with minutes providing a summary and record for accountability. Between individuals, there is a need to ensure bilateral agreement takes place and will require two way communication. The circulation of papers, before a meeting takes place, will lead to clarity of thought and fruitful discussions.
The meeting, day conference or extended period of debate, will ensure individual member's thoughts and feelings concerning issues raised are properly considered. The provision for people's physical needs, for such an event, need to be met and individuals need to feel comfortable. For best results, a facilitator or chairperson will ensure integrity, honesty and fair play.
