Once the individual has considered his or her own position, then the Team can consider how to organise joint ventures or simply when to gather to pool ideas, experience and knowledge.
Organising Team meetings before individuals attend to their personal plan of action, may result in half the members needing to be coerced or being inclined to forget to be present.
Team meetings need structure such as an agenda, with plenty of preparation for what is to be given in terms of information and the arrangement of guest speakers, where appropriate.
Individual grievances have to be considered on a one to one basis and some measure of satisfaction be reached before the Team gathers collectively. Any position reached must then be maintained, as far as is possible and just, at the Team meeting.
