Use of Communication and The Learning Process
People start to learn from previous experience and build to make their knowledge as complete as is practicable and possible.
Thought, plays a major part in the Learning Process and the way in which ideas come to be, is important.
If a person listens to someone talking, he or she firstly will automatically compare what they hear with their own point of view. By ASSOCIATION a comparison is made between existing information in their memory and the fresh or otherwise information being received.
Association is followed by the second reaction and is that of ACCOMMODATION, where the person fits into the memory the newly acquired knowledge or adapts existing ideas.
